Relatient Teams SMS Privacy Policy

At Relatient, we respect your privacy. This SMS program is used exclusively for Product testing workflows, and direct communications with existing clients regarding account or support-related matters.

Information Collected: We collect your mobile phone number and basic usage data (e.g., delivery status, opt-in/opt-out actions).

Use of Information: To send system notifications, and account-related updates.

No Third-Party Marketing: Relatient does not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Opt-In/Opt-Out: You must explicitly opt in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Relatient collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time”. They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
